About the War Museum
The War Museum in El Alamein has some interesting artefacts and pieces collected from various battles across North Africa. Many visitors to the museum also head on to the military cemeteries on the Tel el-Eisa Hill, which is close by. There are more than 4,000 graves in the Germn cemetery and it really is quite an unforgettable sight. The Italian cemetery has a mausoleum will lots of different galleries of tombs. Many of the soldiers are sadly unknown.

Beaches
The beaches next to El Alamein were a real treat and I did not expect them to be so lovely. Sun, sea and sand - everything you could possibly ask for.
